Programs Manager, Artist Space Trust

Qiana Ellis is a Californian artist and community-oriented professional with expertise in program development and project management. Her creative work is centered around folk pattern, symbology, and the poetry of piecework.

Chair

Elizabeth Wampler, with over 15 years in community development and planning, leads housing and economic development initiatives at LISC Bay Area. She's a committed collaborator in promoting equity.

Vice Chair

Byron, a devoted NCLT co-op resident and advocate, contributes his expertise and passion to support community-driven initiatives and cooperative living.

Treasurer

Maisha, an experienced HR professional, joined NCLT's Board in 2022. A Bay Area native and UC Irvine graduate, she's passionate about reentry programs and also serves on the NAAAHR board.

Secretary

Joshua Abrams, a housing policy specialist and skilled mediator, has served on the NCLT Board since 2008. He blends city planning with effective public facilitation.

Ranil Abeysekera, an immigrant and cooperative enthusiast, serves as NCLT's Treasurer. He actively contributes to worker cooperatives and embodies the spirit of community-building.

Jocelyn is an NCLT resident, a family engagement specialist, a passionate advocate for her community within the Berkeley Unified School District, and a trailblazer in utilizing state law for home purchases.

Michael Darnaud is a startup Mentor and an Environmental, Social and Governance Business Development specialist who helps companies reach their NetZero goals. Originally from France, he has served on a variety of Boards in the Bay Area for over 12 years.
