Homebuyer Education

One of the steps for NCLT homebuyer applicants is to complete a Homebuyer Education Seminar and give NCLT a copy of the certificate of completion. This is also a requirement for any Fannie Mae backed loan for first time homebuyers. Several agencies with homebuyer education seminars as well as financial counseling and assistance programs are listed below. Please contact the program(s) to verify their process. Please also verify that the homebuyer education seminar is certified by Fannie Mae.
