National CLT Conference

In partnership with the Bay Area Consortium of Community Land Trusts and Grounded Solutions Network, NCLT co-hosted Intersections 2017, the annual National CLT conference from October 9th -12th, 2017.

NCLT received 5 scholarships for NCLT prospective and current residents to attend the conference. Many of NCLT's attendees met to review and share their experiences. Contact us if you would like to review the group's overview or notes from some of the conference sessions.

NCLT would like to extend its sincere appreciation to all of the attendees and volunteers. Special thanks to Byron Spicer, resident of Addison Court Housing Coop, and his cohort, Mike, for organizing, filming and editing interviews of fellow residents. The video was shown at the conference and will be coming soon the the NCLT website.
