Homeowner Annual Occupancy Certification

In accordance with Land Lease (and CalHome Promissory Note, for those of you with a CalHome loan) that was signed with the Northern California Land Trust, there are annual compliance requirements that each homeowner must complete. By complying with these reporting requirements, you help NCLT ensure that the homes remain permanently affordable and are serving their intended purpose as owner-occupied housing. The completed form (which also includes request forms for refinances and capital improvements) is due to NCLT by Jan 15th each year.
